The dance machine of a lifeguard that loves to bury his head in books? Vagabond. Luckily for you, your nephew has gathered intel on the most notorious petty criminals in Harmony Bay. Use his clues to build a description of your target, and investigate the behaviours of the general populace to find your match.

But don’t rely on past experiences, each character you meet on your journey harbours a random selection of traits, altering their daily routines and the way they behave.

CAPTURE YOUR TARGET BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY

Once you think you’ve identified your target it’s up to you to apprehend them. Take on odd jobs to gain access to restricted areas, devise ingenious plans to entrap your target, learn the habits of the people you meet, avoid detection through disguise and deceit, and earn favours from the characters you meet on your journey – you never know when they may come in handy.
